Print service for your posters
We negotiated a discount with a local Print Shop in Winterthur for the conference. Normally, four-colour printing of a poster in DIN A0 format costs between CHF 40 and CHF 60 in Switzerland. However, the Mattenbach print shop will print each poster for just CHF 20.00! If you order via the print shop's website (see below) and pay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), the poster will be delivered directly to the venue and hung up by the conference team before the conference begins.
IMPORTANT: prepare your pdf that you want to upload for printing in DIN A0 (841 x 1189mm or 33.1 x 46.8 inch). If the pdf that you submit has a smaller size, the quality of your poster will be much lower than you might expect!
IMPORTANT: You can upload your prints until Aug 26th!
We have created a short guide to walk you through the ordering process:
(1) Go to the Print shop’s dedicated site for the EuroXR 2025 poster prints: Link
(2) Click on the button “Upload zhaw” (see red arrow) and choose the pdf of your poster on your computer and confirm the upload. Instead of the button, you should see the pdf’s file name and three buttons “Löschen”, “Herunterladen”, and “Seiten sortieren” below the filename. Please, ignore these buttons and directly click on “In den Warebkorb” (see blue arrow).
(3) In the upper right corner, you can see the icon of your basket with a little white number “1” in it. For pay for your poster, click on this symbol (see red arrow).
(4) Now, you don’t have to create a new customer account but can directly go to the checkout by clicking on the button “Weiter zum Checkout” (see red arrow).
(5) Fill out the form with all needed information. For example, a VAT-number can be added in the last of the three lines of “Strasse: Line 1” (see red arrow). The translation of each field is:
“E-Mailadresse = “eMail-address”
“Nach dem Kauf können Sie ein Benutzerkonto erstellen” = “After purchase, you can create a user account” (that you don’t have to create, of course).
“Vorname” = “First name”
“Nachname” = “Last name”
“Firma” = “Company”
“Strasse” = “Street” (of course, with street number)
“Land” = “Country”
“Region/Bundesland/Provinz” = “Region/State/Province” (please, ignore this)
“PLZ” = “ZIP Code”
“Stadt” = “City”
“Telefonnummer” = “Phone numer”
Then, finally select the first option below “Versandarten” (=”Shipping”) where you see CHF 0.00 (see blue arrow).
Finally, click the green button “Weiter” in the lower right corner (see green arrow).
(6) In the checkout-dialogue, please, check if your address is the correct below “Verschicken an:”. If not, please, correct it by clicking on the pen-icon to the right of “Verschicken an”. The poster won’t be shipped to you! This information is just to have your address for the payment process and the invoice.
Now, choose Mastercard or Visa as your payment option (Not “Rechnung” (invoice) as the payment by invoice would take too loong and, thus, won’t work for this special offer). Make sure to have the check box checked to the left of “Meine Rechnungs- und Lieferanschrift sind identisch” ("=My billing and delivery addresses are the same”, see red arrow). To proceed to the payment process, finally click on “Jetzt kaufen” (“buy now”, see blue arrow).
(7) The last step is to fill out your credit card information: “Kartennummer” = “credit card number”; “Verfall” = “expiration date”. Finally, click on the green button “Bezahlen CHF 19.99” (= “pay CHF 19.99”).
