About Alliance4XR
Alliance4XR is an Erasmus+ project co-funded by the European Union that aims to bridge the XR skills gap by empowering Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and Vocational Education and Training (VET) providers with practical methodologies, learning resources and digital tools for integrating Extended Reality into education.
With a particular focus on engineering disciplines, including structural engineering, energy and maritime, the project supports educators and learners in developing the knowledge and skills required by today's evolving XR workforce.
The project brings together 13 organisations from 8 European countries and runs from February 2024 to January 2027.
XR Education at EuroXR 2026
The Alliance4XR Final Event will take place during the EuroXR International Conference 2026, bringing together educators, researchers, industry representatives and XR professionals to explore the future of Extended Reality in education.
As a member of the Alliance4XR consortium, EuroXR is proud to host the project's final event, showcasing its main achievements, innovative educational resources and the Alliance4XR platform, developed to support the adoption of XR across higher education and vocational education and training.
